What gets checked, and when
Material check
Incoming timber and plywood are checked against the buyer specification — grade, moisture and dimension — before cutting begins.
In-process inspection
Dimensions, fastening and structural joints are checked at defined stages of assembly, not only at the end of the line.
Pre-shipment review
Finished pallets, crates and frames are reviewed against the order requirements before loading and dispatch.
Third-party inspection
Third-party inspection can be arranged on request, with inspection reports provided to support your own quality checks.
Production flow
From requirement to dispatch
- 01
Requirement intake
Cargo dimensions, weight, handling method and destination requirements are collected from the buyer.
- 02
Specification & material sourcing
Timber or plywood is sourced against the agreed specification, including fumigation status if required.
- 03
Cutting & assembly
Boards and panels are cut and assembled to the confirmed drawing, with checks at each build stage.
- 04
Quality review
Completed units are checked against the order before being bundled or staged for loading.
- 05
Dispatch
Packaging is loaded and dispatched, with production progress feedback shared with the buyer throughout.
